1. By signing up for an account you agree to the following terms. Your use of the Service will be subject to the terms of this Terms of Service Agreement (TOS). The TOS may change from time to time.
Use of service in or on this Game site after a change will subject you to the new terms. I/We understand that my participation in this activity is purely voluntary and I agree to hold Mafia Seduction and its owners,agents or anyone person or persons involved with this site harmless for any and all liability for any Losses, which I/We might incur while participating or playing this game.

If you are found to be in violation of the TOS, your master account will be frozen. If you are a supporter, and you violate the TOS, your master account will be frozen as well, and you WILL NOT RECEIVE your donated money back for unused credits or for any reason.
When and if you are attacked by a multi or a cheater, and lose thugs or hoes, Mafia Seduction will not be able to replenish the lost thugs or hoes or credits. We will be aggressively pursing cheaters in this game.<
